Seven disciplines delivered by one contractor. Residential & commercial, from a single room to a full building envelope.
Discipline 01
Renovations
Existing rooms re-planned, re-finished and brought up to how the building is used today.
Renovation keeps the building and changes how it works. We plan around how the space is used, protect what stays, and finish rooms to a standard you notice every day: kitchens, bathrooms, walls, floors, trim and paint.
Down to the structure and back. Layout, systems and finishes rebuilt as one coordinated job.
A full remodel takes a space back to its structure and rebuilds it as one coordinated job. Demolition, layout changes, framing, trades and finishes are sequenced together, so the result reads as designed rather than patched.
Deteriorated building fabric returned to sound condition, keeping what makes the building what it is.
Restoration starts with a survey of what is really there. We repair brick and stone, rebuild lost molding and cornice profiles, clean and coat the facade, and clear outstanding violations, keeping the character that makes the building worth restoring.
Cracks, spalls, failed lintels and open joints located, scoped and repaired zone by zone.
Facade repair is exact work. Each crack, spall, failed lintel and open joint is located on an elevation, given a zone and a scope, repaired, then inspected before it is closed. Sealants, silicone coatings and siding complete a watertight envelope.
Brick, block and stone laid, rebuilt and repointed course by course.
Brick, block and stone, laid new or rebuilt to match. We read the existing unit, bond and joint first, then repoint, replace or rebuild so new work sits quietly in the old wall. Concrete, steps and walls included.
Access and public protection erected around the building so the work above can happen safely.
Access and protection come before the work. Sidewalk sheds keep the public safe below; pipe scaffolding gives crews a safe platform at every zone of the facade. Erected to the building, lit, and struck cleanly at the end.
One contractor holding scope, sequence, trades and quality from first visit to handover.
As general contractor we hold the whole job: estimate, schedule, trades, site, quality and handover. One point of responsibility from the first site visit to the day the building is handed back.
