Construction, restoration, masonry, façades and structural solutions, executed with precision.
We build new, rebuild what has failed, and restore what is worth keeping. Brick, stone, steel and finish, carried from first survey to final handover by one contractor.
Choose a discipline and watch the building change to show it.
Existing rooms re-planned, re-finished and brought up to how the building is used today. Scope
Down to the structure and back. Layout, systems and finishes rebuilt as one coordinated job. Scope
Deteriorated building fabric returned to sound condition, keeping what makes the building what it is. Scope
Cracks, spalls, failed lintels and open joints located, scoped and repaired zone by zone. Scope
Brick, block and stone laid, rebuilt and repointed course by course. Scope
Access and public protection erected around the building so the work above can happen safely. Scope
One contractor holding scope, sequence, trades and quality from first visit to handover. Scope
Unit, bond and joint read from the existing wall before a single brick is replaced.
Old mortar raked to depth, joints packed full and tooled to match the original profile.
Every tube, coupler and tie placed to a plan, inspected, and tagged before anyone climbs.
Lost profiles measured from what survives and rebuilt to the line, then anchored back.
Cracked joints, spalled lintels, a cornice with a section missing, stained masonry. This is where most of our buildings start.
Point at the roof, the facade, the scaffold. Each part opens the work we do there.

Flat roofs and shingle roofs repaired or replaced, parapets and copings made tight, and coatings applied where a roof needs another life rather than a new one.
Cornices, lintels, sills, joints and coatings. Damage is located, zoned and repaired so the face of the building is sound and watertight again.
Brick and stone laid, rebuilt and repointed. New work is matched to the old in unit, bond and joint so the repair disappears into the wall.
Concrete, supports and framing coordinated with the rest of the job, and with the engineer of record wherever the work calls for one.
Overhead protection for the public below, erected before any work starts above the street and lit for the hours after dark.
Pipe scaffolding erected to the shape of the building, giving safe access to every zone of the facade, then struck cleanly when the work is done.
Kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, flooring, painting and trim. Interiors renovated or fully remodeled while the rest of the building keeps working.
Each project is documented like a set of drawings: scope, disciplines, and the building before and after.
The same sequence on every job, from the first walk-through to the last scaffold tube. The full process
We walk the building and record what is actually there: condition, access, constraints, neighbours.
Scope is written zone by zone, priced, and sequenced so every trade knows when it starts and what it hands over.
Protection goes up first. Sidewalk sheds, scaffolding, netting and access, before any work above the street.
Structure, masonry, facade and interiors built in the planned order, with the site kept clean and secure.
Each zone is checked against the scope before it is closed. Nothing is covered up until it is right.
Scaffolding struck, site cleared, building handed back finished, documented and ready to use.
